At Inspiring Life Design, I use AI tools (primarily Claude by Anthropic) to help me draft, structure and refine content. All ideas, opinions, experiences and recommendations on this site are genuinely my own - AI helps me express them more clearly and efficiently.

I write about using AI as part of my AI for Life Design series and I believe in being transparent about how I use it in my own work. Where a post has been written with significant AI assistance, I aim to mention this within the post itself.
